Guidelines
Dear Graduating Student,
You will be glad to know that the Annual Convocation of the Institute, in which you are eligible to receive your Degree, will be held on 17th February, 2018 (Saturday). We would appreciate your presence on this occasion to receive your Degree, in person, for which you need to register online on college website before 7th February, 2018. The admission to the Convocation will be subject to:
- Clearing your outstanding dues, if any. In case you have not submitted the “No Dues Certificate” earlier, you can download the same from the College website and submit the completed “No Dues Certificate” to the Examination branch latest by 7th February, 2018.
- Applying online for the Convocation with complete details (See College website for details).
- Having the entry card, which can be obtained from the Registration counter.
- Reporting for registration and rehearsal in the Auditorium on 17th February, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. sharp.
- You should be dressed in formals(Full sleeve shirt with plain black trousers with college tie).Academic gowns and sachet for receiving degree, will be available at the Institute on deposit of a security of Rs.1000. Rs 700 will be refunded on deposit of gown and sachet. The issue of gowns and sachet will start at 9.00 A.M. on the date of the Convocation.

The Chief Guest, Guest of Honour, The Chairman, BoG, Heads, Deans and the college trust members will be present. All Medals/Prizes and Awards will be presented to the recipients. |
Should you wish to bring parent /guardian/spouse (Only one guest per degree/medal recipient will be permitted) for the Convocation ceremony, we will be very happy to extend an invitation. Please fill the requisite form Online. Any additional guest can be accommodated on additional payment of Rs.300/-at the reception counter.

If you are unable to attend please let us know and arrange to receive the degree in absentia; the degree in absentia will be issued from 24th February, 2018 onwards to you or to a person authorized by you in writing.
