Overall Report of the Activity
Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College Fatehgarh Sahib (Punjab) organized a webinar on “How to Become Entrepreneur & Develop Start-ups” under the aegis of Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) on 25th November 2020. Dr. Arvind Dhingra, Executive Director, Science & Technology Entrepreneurs Park, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana was the distinguished speaker. He explained the basics of start-ups, including its initiation, raising funds, legal and ethical aspects of start-ups. He enlightened students about how they can start their own business and various opportunities provided by the government for start-ups. The session was of great benefit for all the young innovators who are planning for their start-up and business. The motivation of the students was taken to the next level. About 100 participants attended the webinar. The webinar was conducted through the Google Meet platform. The event was conducted as per the IIC calendar Activity for Quarter 3 of the year 2020-2021 under the Session on “How to plan up for start-up and legal & Ethical Steps”
