Website Maintenance and Updation

For regular updating & maintenance of college website, following procedure is followed:

  1. HsoD of respective departments from S.No. (1-9) will provide two names each of: Departmental web coordinators & Content writers

Departmental web coordinator will be responsible for regular/dynamic update of regular information/snaps/other information of their respective DEPARTMENT WEBPAGES on the college website.

Same shall be uploaded on the department webpage within one working day of completion of any departmental event.

Departmental web coordinators will also mail related information at:  webadmin@bbsbec.ac.in , incase same info./snap/latest news needs to be uploaded on the college main webpage.

  1. Web Admin will manage/update all college information from S.No.(10-27) on the college website, and will validate & maintain overall flow of college website for S.No.(1-9)  in addition to regular updation of info on the college main webpage.
  2.  Digital Marketing & Social Media team will update all events info./snaps/videos for uploading on social media (Facebook/You Tube/Instagram/Twitter/etc.).

Departmental web coordinators must mail info. reg. same at:  digitalmarketing@bbsbec.ac.in

  1.  Mr. Sanjeev (PA), Digital Archiver will maintain database/record of snaps/videos of the events being organized in all the departments.

Directory of date-wise record of all events organized in the college must also be maintained for later on search/retrieval of event info.

Info. reg. same must be mailed at:  sanjeev.kumar@bbsbec.ac.in

  1. Prof. Balraj Singh, Incharge PRO and Prof. Vandana Sharma will be the Coordinators of Press/news coverage/Photography/videos of all events conducted in the college. S. Jagtar Singh/S. Inderpal Singh (backup) will assist for photography.

Info. reg. same must be mailed at:  pro@bbsbec.ac.in

  1. Content Writers of respective departments will make write-up of news/press release article (both in English and Punjabi) so as to be forwarded to Public Relation Office on the same day of the event.
