Student Placed in DigiValet, Indore

Final year Computer Science student of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College, Fatehgarh Sahib secured his second placement during joint campus placement drive of an Indore-based MNC, DigiValet held from October 9 to October 10,2019. Out of 400 candidates, Mr. Harjeevan Singh was the only candidate shortlisted for zoom interview. He has cleared online test, technical and HR rounds and he is offered the role of Product Developer Newbie with package of 4.25 LPA. He was also earlier placed in another reputed multinational IT company, Mphasis. Major General (Dr.) G S Lamba, Principal, congratulated Harjeevan Singh for his bright future and shared that students of 2020 passing out batch are preparing and appearing for recruitment of top MNCs like Wipro, Cognizant Technologies, DigiValet and Mindtree. Dr. J.S Oberoi (Training and Placement, Head) motivated the students for being part of the campus placement drive.
Dr.Kanwalvir Singh Dhindsa (Professor & Head,Department of CSE) told that it is a matter of pride for whole BBSBEC Community that a very sincere and hardworking student got a big opportunity. Prof. Manpreet Kaur and Dr. Sukhwinder Sharma, Training and Placement (CSE Departmental) Coordinators , also facilitated the student and stressed that more efforts for the placement of students will be done by department in future.
