Computer Science and Engineering Department of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College Fatehgarh Sahib(Punjab) organized Webinar on “How to Become Entrepreneur & Develop Startups” under the aegis of Instituition’s Innovation Council (IIC) .The distinguished speaker for the Webinar was Dr. Arvind Dhingra, Executive Director, Science & Technology Entrepreneurs Park, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana. He enlightened students about how they can start their own business and various opportunities provided by the government for start-ups. About 100 participants from all over India participated in the webinar. E-certificates were issued to the participants. The Webinar was conducted through the Google Meet platform.Video Live Streaming was enabled on Computer Science and Engineering Department YouTube channel and Facebook page of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College.

Major General (Dr.) G.S.Lamba, Principal, appreciated the department for conducting such event. Dr. Kanwalvir Singh Dhindsa (Professor & Head, Department of Computer Science and Engineering) encouraged the students to participate in these kinds of webinars.

Dr. Puneet Mittal was the coordinator of the event and highlighted the role of entrepreneurs in developing country like India.  Dr. Manpreet Kaur Arora (Dean RIC) proposed vote of thanks. Dr. Navneet Kaur Sehgal concluded the session. Dr. Jatinder Singh Saini, Dr. Supreet Singh, Prof. Sandeep Kaur Dhanda, Prof. Rupinder Kaur and other faculty members were also present in the webinar.
