The Netsmartz Infotech, one of the leading & reputed IT Company having global presence has visited Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College (BBSBEC) Fatehgarh Sahib on 2^nd November 2022, for the placement of B.Tech – CSE students under the series of placement week. The company delegation comprises, Ms Ravneet Malik (Head, Campus recruitment team), Mr. Rishabh Attri  (Manager Outreach), Mr. Vinod Kumar (Recruitment Team) and Ms Upasna Bhatia (HR) interacted with the aspiring students while delivering the pre placement talk followed by verbal interview rounds. The company officials apprised the students about the Netsmartz services, the technology being used, their work culture, employees’ growth and their worldwide presence. In a day-long rigorous process the students were assessed about their technical skills through face to face interviews. The Group discussion and HR round also conducted for the shortlisted students. At the end of the day a total of 12 students have been shortlisted by the Netsmartz Infotech. Ms Malik applauded the college facilities and admired the hospitality being extended. The head recruitment also assured the regular future placements of the students in forthcoming batches.

Dr. J. S. Oberoi, Head, Training & Placement welcomed the official team and discussed the prospects of alliance with Netsmartz Infotech to groom the students under Industry Academia collaboration program. Dr. Lakhvir Singh, Principal BBSBEC, congratulated the selected students and inspired the students to perform to their epic skills for the betterment of the society and organisation where they are supposed to work. The college secretary, S. Sukhminder Singh also congratulated the shortlisted students and praised the efforts of the Training & Placement department.
