Computer Science and Engineering Department of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College Fatehgarh Sahib(Punjab) organized the Alumni Webinar cum Industry-Academia Interaction  under Alumni Interaction programme. The distinguished speaker for the Webinar was Er. Arshpreet Singh Bhatti. He is a motivated and innovative Software Engineer at Walmart International Labs, USA and specialized  in front-end libraries & UI frameworks like React & Angular. He did Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering (Batch-2011) from the host institute and  have more than 5 years of experience in IT sector. He discussed about Single Page Web Applications with dynamic features and fluid design and cross-platform support. He also informed how students can update their skillset & what Technologies they can learn for better placement. About 100 participants from all over India participated in the webinar. E-certificates were issued to the participants. The Webinar was conducted through the Google Meet platform.Video Live Streaming was enabled on Computer Science and Engineering Department YouTube channel and Facebook page of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College.

Major General (Dr.) G.S.Lamba, Principal, appreciated the department for conducting such event. Dr. Kanwalvir Singh Dhindsa (Professor & Head, Department of Computer Science and Engineering) highlighted the importance of interaction of passout Alumni students & the role of such programmes in benefiting the current students.

Dr. Manpreet Kaur Arora(Coordinator,College Alumni Cell) encouraged the students to participate in these kinds of webinars. Prof.Sandeep Kaur Dhanda (Coordinator, Computer Science and Engineering Alumni) was the coordinator of this event and also proposed vote of thanks.
