Department of CSE, Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College  Fatehgarh Sahib organised Stipend Based Training Drive
Department of CSE, Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College  Fatehgarh Sahib has conducted A Training cum recruitment drive . Mr. Varun Kushwaha (Web Developer, Oceana Tech.)  and Miss Mona (HR Executive,Oceana Tech ) interacted with the students of final year during the drive. Oceana Tech is a software development industry having Headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand .They have corporate offices in Delhi ,NCR and Mohali also. Total of 20 students were shortlisted by the company on the basis of written test and students will be further interviewed by the company’s technical team. Dr. Kanwalvir Singh Dhindsa,(Professor & Head, CSE Department) told that students will be selected for stipend based 6-months training in Oceana Tech after declaration of the results of the Interview. He also motivated the students to keep themselves up skilled to meet the industry requirements. Dr. Lakhvir Singh ,Principal,BBSBEC gave the information that during training period company will be offering up to 15000/- stipend according to student performance . After the training period ,company will be offering hike on salary package as per the performance of candidate up to 4.5 Lakh per annum.  He appreciated the efforts of Prof . Sandeep Kaur Dhanda(Training Coordinator,CSE).
