FACULTY DEVELOPMENT AND INCENTIVE SCHEMES

The college has highly competent faculty to impart high quality technical education. The college management is well aware of the fact that the quality of education imparted depends upon the quality of its faculty. All the possible efforts are being made for the development of the faculty by the college management through the following faculty development and incentive schemes, so as to nurture R&D culture of the college:

1. Quality Improvement Programme (QIP) of AICTE, New Delhi
2. Study Leave for Higher Studies
3. Financial aid to attend International and National Conferences
4. Sponsorship to attend Short Term Courses
5. Cash Reward of Rs. 5000/- and Rs. 2000/- for publication in International and National Journals respectively
6. Grant-in-aid to Individual Faculty Members to carry out R&D Work
7. In-house Faculty Training Programmes
