B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) Programme has been Re-Accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for 3 years ( Academic Years:   2021-2022  to  2023-2024 )  & accreditation regarding same is now valid upto 30 June 2024

BBSBEC Principal, Dr. Lakhvir Singh congratulated faculty and staff of CSE Department for this exemplary achievement. He also thanked the College Management for their full support and cooperation. Dr. Kanwalvir Singh Dhindsa (Professor & Head CSE) thanked faculty and staff & appreciated for their dedicated team efforts for achieving splendid success reg NBA accreditation for BTech (CSE).

It is worth noting that BBSBEC was the first college in the region to get its Programmes accredited by NBA, wayback in year 2004. 

Currently in year 2021-2022, BBSBEC is only Engg. College in Punjab (in Tier-II) to achieve this UNIQUE Distinction of having BTech (CSE)-NBA  Accredited !!

Also worth mentioning is that, This is the 6th time that NBA has accredited B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) Programme at BBSBEC
