To maintain a register for the record keeping of all departmental meetings along with the names and signatures of all present members. To write proceedings of meeting and ensure circulation of the soft copy to the faculty.
To arrange extended higher forum meeting with the Principal once during a month and maintain the record of proceedings.
To suggest suitable timing and overlook the arrangement of fresher/farewell/alumni meeting/member of department time table .
To stay in touch with the bright students of each passed out batch through social media groups etc. to keep track of their employability status, so that their positions/experience can be used for the placement/training of present students.
